Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration may be included in the organizer's database and used by the organizer for figuring our demand and promotional purposes. The organizer of the exhibition, uses the visitor’s personal information only for these purpose. 

1. Private Information to be collected :  Company Name, Position, Department, Name, Mobile, E-mail

2. Personal Information Collection Purpose : For demanding forecasting and promotion 

3. Retention and Use Period for Personal Information : In principle, after the purposes of collecting and using personal information has been fulfilled, the Company shall, without delay, destroy relevant information

* A user may reject the collecting of personal information. However, when a user rejects it, then the user may have some limits in opening and downloading the document.
